Plaid Cymru were accused of cutting Labour coalition leader Rhodri Morgan out of its party publicity pictures with the Wales rugby team.
A press release circulated by Plaid showed its leader Ieuan Wyn Jones, deputy first minister, unfurling the Welsh flag on the steps of the Senedd with the rugby squad before they flew off to the World Cup in France.
But First Minister Rhodri Morgan holding the other end of the flag (is that his hand, left?) is strangely cropped out of the photograph.
The Plaid release, headlined Deputy First Minister gives best wishes to Welsh team, quoted Mr Jones: “The people of Wales are behind you 100%. Good luck.”
Tory AM Jonathan Morgan, representing the Leader of the Opposition at the photo-shoot, said: “If these two can’t even be seen in a photo together, it doesn’t bode well for a cohesive and stable government.”
A Plaid spokesperson said: “Plaid Cymru had their own photographer at the event whose remit was to take photographs of Ieuan Wyn Jones.
“You wouldn’t expect a Plaid photographer to take pictures of Rhodri Morgan.”
Though others argue it's Labour trying to ignore Plaid.
It is good to hear that Mr Morgan feels '10 years younger' after his heart op in the summer.
The first minister, who already intended to stand down in 2009 when he will reach 70, insisted that he would continue until the pre-set date after adopting a new exercise and diet regime which required him to buy new trousers for his new slimmer condition.

Obviously too left wing for Ieuan (as we see it), or too right-wing as Plaid see it!
